To celebrate their capture of the city of Tampa, the Captain and his Krewe share their wealth - sparkling beads, doubloons and treasure - with great enthusiasm of the crowds along the parade route of 3.8 miles.! "Make way, sailors' Shout pirates Tampa home where they make their way down Bayshore Boulevard in downtown Tampa's historic wind - amidst colorful costumes and festive music. The Gasparilla Parade of Pirates will be 130 units - including more than 90 tanks to develop, 14 bands, 50 different Krewe and of course the famous pirate YMKG!
The parade begins at Bay to Bay Boulevard and Bayshore Boulevard. Continue along the street Brorein Bayshore Boulevard, runs on Brorein Street to the east, then north on Ashley Drive. The parade ends at the Cass Street and Ashley Drive
The event is free to the public. Bleachers reserved for the parade of the Pirates.
